It seems while I'm not the only person who can't find this last flag, I haven't found a reliable answer on where it might be. I know it's hard to pinpoint a single flag, but is there any flag that's a little more hidden than the others? I have used this course five times now, have the map zoomed out the whole time, and I don't see a single flag that I haven't gotten. It's so frustrating to have to cancel the course time after time because I can't find it! Always 21 out of 22...

Any tips or help would be so very much appreciated. Thanks in advance...

I know it's hard to describe the flags you've found but it's really hard to tell you where to look if we don't know where you might not have been.

I just did the Advanced ride to see if I could figure out which flag might be giving you trouble. The only one that isn't obvious is the one if what we call the dry lake bed that you have to go through the volcano to get. It's hard to describe how to get to the tunnel but if you come across the big red bridge out of town and head down the paved road toward the resort you can turn off to the left before the tunnel and head up the grass. It's really steep and takes a lot of weaving to get up there but once you get to the top follow along the rock wall and look for a red ramp. Go in that tunnel and there is a sand pit once you are through it with a flag in it.

You can also get there by coming across the wooden hanging bridges and following the rock wall along to the left until you find the tunnel. It's easy once you find it but hard to describe. On the map you see a star shaped area that is the inside of the volcano. The tunnel goes in from the beach/resort side of the volcano.

That was it! I didn't see the red flag the first few times at the top of the screen beyond the one at that cave mouth. I went up the cave mouth (uphill, I think) and found that strange dry creek bed. I'll try to find the alternate way up this time.

I very much appreciate your help! I haven't tried the Island View or the Expert (which was just unlocked for me last night) - that's up next!

LOL! I had the same problem the first three times I did that course, it is very frustrating to get caught up on something like that especially when you are sweating your butt off trying to find it! I finally found it the other day though, I had gotten lost and found it by accident.

Is that not how most of the great discoveries made?

I just did the Advanced course this morning and got my best time!! I did the course backwards and found all the flags without any problems. I got the first flag then turned around and did the course backwards! it was much easier to find all the flags. i didn't have to do any back tracking either!!
