I started the four week challenge with The Biggest Loser game about 5 days ago. I set it for "beginner", which is appropriate for my level of fitness, or lack thereof. I like it so far. The workouts seem to be at the right level for me. A little challenging, but not so hard that I'll injure myself. It has me working out every other day rather than every day, which surprised me. So I'm walking Ari, my dog, on the alternate days. I'm also warming up with Wii Fit Plus Island Cycling before I start the program, and then I'm cooling off with a stretching DVD. I'm trying really hard to get fit without re-injuring my hip or knee.
Anyone else out there using Biggest Loser?
