Hello all, We got the Wii, balance board, & Wii Fit Plus for Christmas. We've been on it almost every day since. We have a few other games disks as well, but far prefer Wii Fit to anything else. We've unlocked several levels on most of the activities. What we like most is that it gives us a way to be active at home during the winter. We enjoy the competition of trying to break each other's records & we're losing a little bit of weight - but that has to be combined with good eating habits.
I'm glad I found this forum - there's lots of good stuff in here & once I read it all I'm sure I'll be able to do even better. I hope I don't spend more time on this board than I do on my balance board.

lol - I don't have any tips, cheats, etc. yet - too new. That's why I have to read everything everyone's written here!
k - I couldn't find a section for the strength training exercises so I'll post here. Today I did each of the strength exercises - I've only done them 1 or 2 times each - & unlocked the next "level" on each exercise. I can't really figure out any rhyme or reason for the unlocking - my "star" levels were different from exercise to exercise & so were the number of times I've done the exercises.
