It would be really great if the journal had a way of keeping track of what you've eaten throughout the day. Maybe a list of common foods and the calories they contain and then an 'other' section to allow people to enter foods not on the list and calories if known. It would be a great way of helping people to see what they have eaten and compare their calorie intake to the level of exercise they are getting.

Indeed, it would be great if they added something like that.

That's why I created Graphomatic. I use it to record both my daily exercise and my food intake (along with a number of other things).

Yes, graphomatic is very useful. It just would be easier to have a 'one-stop' shop, as it were.

It would also be nice if Wii Fit Plus would let one print out the graphs. Sometimes it would be nice to look at my progress without having to turn on the Wii. And, while they're at it, they could also fix it so that it would print out scores. Even being able to see them without playing the game would be an improvement, of course.

If you have an iPhone there are lots of calorie counting aps. I use Count it Off, it lets me enter what I have eaten, add foods and calories so I can put in my own recepies and counts down what I have eaten giving me a total for what I have keft f9or the day from the allowance I have given myself. Really useful. :D
