It's been a lot easier standing on one foot to put my pants on since I started yoga. LOL

It's funny the random benefits you get from being fitter and more flexible. Yoga is especially good for that.

I also have the temptation to watch TV. Since I hang above my TV entertainment system "focal point", so I do not look down or up, but the focus straight (I red favorite necklace, so I can focus on). Now I have a great tree, and the formation of balance, posture even dance! Report this post.
