This was a spam message, but I've removed it and turned it into a request for help.

As Wii Fit Forum has started to get more popular, we are seeing more and more spam being posted to the site. I've locked things down quite a bit, and I'm looking into further technical measures I can take to limit it.

However, as things grow, the amount of spam is likely to increase. At the moment I can deal with it on my own, but obviously more people would be a help. At the moment the spam stays up until I login to catch up, which can be a while when I'm not near a computer.

So, do any of the regulars fancy being a moderator? You wouldn't have to do anything special, just delete spam if you see any while you are here.

On a connected subject, if any of our regulars would like, I can make them a moderator, giving them the power to scub these messages from the forums when they see them, rather than waiting for me to spot it.
