Post subject: Are there any valid reasons as to why Nintendo is failing as

By what I loosely observe in Nintendo and its patterns of the way it releases products and the attitudes of general consumers, it seems like there is not much left.
When people usually share their reasons as to why Nintendo is going down the toilet, they are very emotionally driven by their reasons and they don't have facts to support any of it. I would like to be presented with facts regarding why Nintendo is flourishing or not.
