Hi, I'm new here. Got my Wii fit 8 months ago and just started using it 3 days ago. I have been on Atkins for the last 3 months and have lost 30 lbs, but the weight loss is slowing and I've come to the conclusion that I need to start getting some exercise. Anyone else on Atkins here?
I'm not on Atkins, I'm just taking a simple calorie restriction approach, so I can't comment on that bit.
However after the first dozen or so pounds your weight-loss will slow down, irrespective of the diet you are using.
You are doing exactly the right thing in trying to increase your exercise. As I understand it, your body reacts to the reduction in calories by slowing things down, and exercising helps to keep it going faster.
