 Post subject: Baked Haddock with Peppers

This dish is great for a low-carbohydrate diet as it contains almost no carbs.

Ingredients

720 g fresh haddock
60 g grated Emmental cheese
60 g onion
30 g green pepper (bell pepper)
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Remove the skin and bones from the haddock and cut into four pieces. Put these in a greased oven-proof dish.

De-seed and slice the peppers. Peel and slice the onions. Place both the peppers and the onions on top of the fish.

Cover and bake at 135 degrees C for 45 minutes.

Leaving it in the dish, right before serving, sprinkle with cheese and put hunder a hot grill until the cheese is browned.

Serve hot. Serves 4.

Note: Cheddar can be used as a substituted for the Emmental.

yeah i think its really beneficial food or recipe.
