Since I started using the Wii Fit & Balance board it has been placed on a wooden floor, however a thought has occurred to me. I have another home which is carpeted and I was planning taking the Wii Fit to it this weekend.

How does it work on a carpet?

I use the WiiFit on an area rug. I added the leg extenders that came with the balance board, and it seems to work fine.

Oh, are there extenders -- I must go and check the box!

Oh, no, daj. I would assume if you contact Nintendo you could obtain the leg extenders. I make a habit of retaining all boxes electronic items come in until I am sure the item is functioning correctly, usually for a minimum of 30 to 60 days. Just a habit I've developed over the years and maybe something to consider. Good luck with finding the extenders.

I have also tried doing that on a carpet. Though my carpet is thicker, the work is not that too good. But you can still try it and see by yourself.
