Well I don't need to lose weight and I know the Wii Fit Plus isn't the best for muscle building...BUT... I just want to tone my body and feel fit and healthy... What is a good workout schedule... What muscle/yoga or training workouts are best!

Hey there. Well personally I find yoga incredibly good for toning up. I think just mixing it all up and doing a bit of everything is the best approach to toning, rather than obsessing about individual muscle groups.
Well for me, I think best workout is sports because you can enjoy what you are doing. I have some DVD for Exercise related in sports, this one will help you to have more routines in workout. And also this will give information and answer all of your question.
