I decided after a long period of low willpower, that I would return to the Wii Fit and try losing the weight I regained over the past few months. Wii Fit had proved last year it was incredibly good for me, as it helped me lose over a stone. Admittedly I gained some of it back, but my parents say I'm doing a lot better than I have been. The only main problem is I can't set a deadline which is longer or shorter than two weeks.
Last week: I had actually lost a pound since my last visit, despite infrequent visits. Almost got to five minutes when I suffered a technical error and had to stop.
Yesterday: Did a bit more weighing when I discovered to my delight the Wii Fit was working again. Discovered I'd gained a pound. Did five minutes to slowly ease myself back in, though I chose to stop afterwards.
This morning: Got on early in the morning to discover I had gained a little bit of weight, and I reckon this is probably due to yesterday's dinner and the snacks watching Zombieland. Ten minute long boxing with an extra three minutes.
This morning, I got up slightly late, so decided to just do the body test so I didn't run late today. I did the body test and it says I've lost 3 pounds overnight, which makes me quite happy.

I went back to the Wii Fit shortly after our school broke up (slightly early, thanks to crappy English weather ) and felt that I was doing my best to combat the weight gain normal to Christmas. Then I got Wii Fit Plus on Christmas Day. Since then I have managed to more or less keep doing it without missing major gaps. I now do Wii Fit in the afternoons on weekdays, and sometimes I'll do Wii Fit in the morning (ie holidays, weekends), though most times I stick to the afternoons.
