I do realise the thinking behind being 'pulled up' about weight gain, but I wonder should it not be a little more gentle ? a pound gain is often just a fluctuation as we've discussed. I lost three pounds one day, and another the next. I thought to myself "some of that loss has to just be fluid fluctuation" sure enough, I was up a pound next time, yet was still admonished !
( I'd like them to add a 'mind your own flipping business' option to their list !).

I wonder if one lost a drastic amount of weight in a short time, would it mention concerns of over zealous weight loss ?
Also I am (technically) in the okay category anyway ! it's my choice to lose a little more and tone up.

That's one of the reasons I just use the quick test in Wii Fit Plus, I got bored of being told off for gaining a pound every few days, when I know that makes no real difference in the long term.

It does worry if you lose more than it expects too. I have my goal set at maintaining my BMI. I dropped 2 lbs one weigh in and it was very concerned that I was off my goal.

Heh :) There's no winning with the body test it seems.

It's a shame really, if it was just a bit smarter it would be fine.
