There has been some research into it, but the results vary quite a bit.
The number of calories you burn are going to depend on the type of exercises you do, but the the estimates I've seen put the cardio exercises at beteen three and five hundred calories an hour, depending on how hard you work at them.
No I'm afraid the Wii Fit doesn't tell you how many calories you have burnt. I suspect this is partly because judging it with any accuracy would be very difficult.
