Hi Dottie,

The reply from jvv was about right but I find that there are 2 pointed peaks to the right on the distant horizon, as you head down to the back of the castle going fairly slowly. If you get the farthest one just visible on the left of the nearest one, turn sharp right over the cliff you should end up in the "Salt Pan". It works for me nearly everytime.
