Hey everyone, just wrapped up my complete walkthrough of Wii Fit Plus Yoga. I did so with commentary, didn't have feedback on if folks like that better or not, lol...hopefully it won't ruin it for you.
I have to say, coming from a guy that is nearing 1,000 days, I had never done the last 3 poses. I really enjoy the Grounded V! My favorites will remain the Standing Knee, Palm Tree, Chair, and non-balance board poses, but I think the Grounded V will get a slot in a routine as well.

Thank ya kindly. I don't think you can go wrong picking up Wii Fit...you should really enjoy the variety and it is a great way to stay active. You can post here for motivation and share your progress with the rest of the board! I'm about halfway or more thru the Aerobics portion...just takes awhile to get thru the exercise, then sync the commentary with the video, and then upload it, lol.
I try to toss in tips in the vids and the blog, hopefully they'll help you get started...I hope you enjoy WFP as much as the rest of us!
