Hey those were two really good articles, I just figured it would have to be better to run in shoes versus bare foot. I did run barefoot in the beginning and never hurt at all, so maybe I will try that tomorrow barefoot. Also I love the trampoline idea for running, but isn't that hard to keep your balance on that? I will keep that in mind, don't know if my dad would be happy about me having a trampoline in the house LOL!
I'm glad you found the articles useful. Running barefoot really is best.
The trampoline is easy to balance on. At the end of the jog, if I am doing something else with Wii Fit Plus, such as checking what treat my calories would buy me in the the 'My Wii Fit Plus' section, I just stand on the trampoline and there's no problem at all. Remember that little trampolines - also known as rebounders - are made with running in mind.
Little trampolines don't take up much space and all the ones I have had have had legs that unscrew for easy storage so they don't take up much room. I lean mine against the wall next to the exercise bike and when I wish to use the bike, I just lean it against the table nearby. It takes me only a moment to get it out to use for running. But, of course, it does depend upon how much space you have.
