I don't have a wii, and i don't like the wii for just play games like zelda or something. I really like to have wii because i want to lose weight, and i want to fitness for my condition. I don't play sport. I don't like join a football club, or play sports outside. I just want to lose a bit weight and stay in form and get more condition. I need information about ''wii fit''. Does it really helps me with what i want? And is it worth it to buy everything: the wii complete with everything, wii fit the game and the balance board?

Hello nappygirl! WiiFit is a good way for people the don't want do to extensive sport. It's easy with this "game" to stay in form, to get additional condition you must do it every day at least an half hour, but if you eat after the training twice, there is no chance to lose weight. Losing weight work best from two sides: more moving and a bit less calories intake.

I hate exercise and I am enjoying working out on the Wii Fit Plus...I do about 30-40 minutes on weekdays and an hour on weekends (unless I go to a real life yoga class). I can absolutely feel a change. In conjunction with weight watchers & exercise I am down 10 pounds and still going.
If you're sweating, you're doing what you need to do. I push myself harder and do harder levels of exercises each time. Just warm up first. Easy warm-ups are things like Advanced Step or Chickadee, then build up to the more exhausting ones and mix it up. I like to select Wii Fit Routines and Combine and then pick almost everything.
