I just came across an exciting article that suggests that exercise might help prevent brain damage caused by Alzheimer's Disease! What it seems to do is to prevent damaging inflammation. The suggestion in the article is that it does this better than any of the current drugs on the market. Interesting stuff. Here's the link:
