Both of these exercise and health are important part of life. We listen health is wealth and the health will be only when you will do exercise and eat healthy food. Go for morning walk do swimming and do not be sleepy all time.

Eat right after a workout? I've heard that one should wait an hour after working out to eat. One shouldn't work out on an empty stomach, of course, but it's wise to be careful about eating afterwards, because there is a great temptation to overeat. It's very easy to tell yourself that, say, a extra glass of juice, energy bar, etc, doesn't matter because you have just worked out. Only the calories won't get that message.
