My favorite is cardio boxing, and the juggling! I got 2,883 today on the 5 ball juggling, and kung fu is fun.

I hate doing push ups, my shoulders can't take it!

For pushup, start by doing them with your knees on the ground. That's what I do, and it still works as an exercise but is nowhere near as hard.

I did actually try to do the push ups on my knees, and I still can't do them. Both of my rotator's are torn from doing assembly work at a high speed, I can actually hear them tearing when I do push ups. I have to skip them all together, otherwise I am in agonizing pain the next day.

Ah, yes, if you've damaged your rotators then I would totally avoid them.

Have you asked your doctor about exercises to strengthen your shoulders without risking further damage to your RCs?

I have a torn ligament in my right shoulder which cannot be repaired. Workers Comp have refused to help me with an rehabilitation so I took it on myself to find out what I could do to make this injury less of a hindrance and lower my pain. I found a physiotherapist that gave me some exercises to do to start to strengthen my shoulder muscles. I had lost a lot of muscle tone over the 2 years that I hadn't been able to do much with that arm so I had to start slow with things like rolling a ball up and down the wall to get range of motion back. Over the past 2 years I've worked my way up through simple things like the ball, on to Wii Fit and not I use EA Sports Active. I've built enough muscle in my shoulders to be able to totally support my shoulder so that I only have pain on rare occasions when I move the wrong way. My final achievement has been to be able to do the 16 push ups in my EA workout.

When I originally started on this journey they suspected a torn rotator cup which they told me would heal on it's own if I didn't aggravate it. I wouldn't recommend doing any exercise if you have an injury without consulting with someone who knows what they are doing. I've found that doctors tend to like to write prescriptions and send you home but physiotherapists want to help you become well again. Don't just give up and spend your life suffering from an injury. Take the reins and work to having your best life.

My favorites are the cycling and the chicken flying. I am only just starting, but I have read some of the hints on here, and I can't wait to build up to the point where I can do more exploring of the island. I like the running, just because it's a good way to burn calories, but I don't like that you have to follow and can't go where you want.

There are things that I can't do because it will cause pain, like when I tried the driving range. I won't be doing that anytime again soon. But there are things that I am not very good at, and I do try to give them tries again, to see if I might get better, like the soccer balls. I also don't do very well on Step, but I keep trying.

I am good at sitting and staring at the candle, but I honestly don't see the point. Not that I don't see the point in sitting quietly and reflecting, but sitting on the Balance Board is just torture. It hurts my ankles. I'd rather just sit on the floor.
