Favourite:
Yoga: warrior, sun salutation
Muscle: Jack knife, all the ones on one leg (don't know the names)
Aerobic: Super Hula Hoop, Step plus
Balance games: haven't played those in a while, so none I guess
Training plus: Perfect ten, Obstacle Course and the Running One (I like the Observing and gradually unlocking of options, I just finished following all the cats in the short course, so now I am going for long distance!)

Least favourite:
Yoga: Actually I like most, but least favourites would be the Basic Breathing (did this one twice, but seriously, why waste the time? I know breathing is important, but after two years of yoga I know the drill..), Grounded V (man, that one is tough!)
Muscle: Definitely the Push-ups, hate them.
Aerobic: Free Step is boring, and I can't do it watching TV, I don't get it, and I think the Rhythm Boxing is just not very effective
Balance games: Lotus Focus... Got three minutes once, will never play it again
Training plus: none I really dislike, but I never play the juggling one or the Rhythm Parade

Exercise I love to do is cycling. In routine I cycle for 1 hour. It is the best exercise for my stomach and legs.
I hate pull ups but I have to do pull ups for my shoulder muscles.

I really like exercises but i cant do hardly. I did actually try to do the push ups on my knees, and I still can't do them. Both of my rotator's are torn from doing assembly work at a high speed, I can actually hear them tearing when I do push ups. I have to skip them all together, otherwise I am in agonizing pain the next day.
