What are your favourites? Are they the exercises you are good at so you return to them or are they the ones you have most difficulty with.

Simmilarly which are you least favourite activities.

For me the two exercises Ive done most are the down hill slalom skiing and the ski jump.
Ive got my time down to 54 secs on the advanced course but I know that I can go faster.

My least faovorite exercise is the shoulderstand in yoga (there is no way i'm ready for that yet)and the exercise where you just sit still and concentrate on the candle. I just found that boring and cant get beyond around 30 seconds

Down to 32.4 seconds on the advanced and 19.05 on the beginning for Ski Slolom. I have been doing this for over a year so I found a certain rhythm that borders on total disaster. I still cannot do shoulder stand. Plank are another of least favorite. I developed a spreadsheet for top ten best of each exercise so I kinda force myself to work on least favorite every now and then.

I have a tendency to return to the ones I'm best at. I do make myself keep trying the ones I'm useless at just to see if I can improve. I've only had my wii fit plus for less than a fortnight.

I really enjoy the steps plus, I had avoided it at first but perversely I seem to keep up better as it gets faster. Also I think as long as your feet land on the board around the right time you aren't penalised for getting your feet mixed up !
I'm quite good on the hula hoop too.
I like the cycling though I think I'm ready to move up.
With the exercises, I tend to do the ones I'm best at, or the ones the personal trainer says I'm good at.

The exercises I do most is those with a goal in mind, like all the Yoga for relaxation and the Muscle for flattening the tummy.

I hate Push ups/press ups. So I have never done that.

The Aerobic ones...love them all and try to do a lot, their MET value is the highest ....goal Weight loss!!

The other games I do for fun. Just don't like the juggling, hubby is a pro in that so I leave it as his game of expertise.

Alexa, where are you at on cycling? What level? The Free Ride level is great fun and addictive. We have a thread on the hints/cheat section about it (called upper levels) and I am pathological about getting all the balloons there. Others have done it but I must be a superwimp. There are five doors on the island that we are trying to open.

So yes, cycling is my favorite and it does burn some calories. I am trying to put some of my scarce time into other things though, since I want to tighten up my tummy muscles. So I am trying to discipline myself to do some of the tummy related strength training.

Cycling is #1 fav at the moment. Hate the lunge with a passion but have it in my wii rountine anyway LOL. I try to only cycle every other day to keep myself balanced. Today I found a road I'd missed before at the 3 min mark and almost did another 30 min, :) theirs a good chance I'll do it again this evening I'm so curious.

I don't like any of the exercises that stress my wrists but hope to strengthen myself so I can do them.

A lot of the balance exercises frustrate me so much that I've quit doing them. I like the slalom, because I can somewhat control whether I get through it all by going a tad slower.

I love the cycling on the Free Ride. And I've taken to flying over the island after building up time on the targets. That can be interesting.

I can't do the soccer to save my life. Though I have a lot of trouble with the balance games I love doing them because I really need to improve my balance. They are easier now that I found I can practice them by clicking on the balance board in My Wii Fit Plus locker room thing.

Not too sure I have one favorite yet.

Must admit free island cycling is my favorite. I can burn more calories in 30 minutes than anything else here I have found and variations are limited by my desired routes. Because you have to follow in running I find it boring though you could watch tv while exercising (now theres a habit we need to improve on ...not :( ) Balance games are fun but I am tring to lose a bit around the middle so not very helpful. Strength training seems good also but I haven't done much yet, you can sure feel the exercises quickly. Anyway, as long as we are exercising it's better that sitting and watching the tube. And I enjoy the forum as a side. :)
