Hi I have a new Wii fit plus and board and while I can get my weight and BMI checked etc when I get to stamp a date nothing happens. It says to point the Wii remote at the TV screen, I do but nothing happens. I am going insane as I have tried every day for 4 days and each time I have to start all over again. All I want to do is get to the skiing section!
Can anyone help? Thank you :D

The first thing to note is that you can exercise without having done the Body Test.

If you don't want to do it that way, a couple of things spring to mind.

* When you point at the screen, do you see anything moving? (Pointy finger cursor, stamp, etc.)
* Check / replace /charge the batteries in the remote. Wacky things can happen with Wii controllers if the batteries are low.
* Presumably your Wii is working correctly in terms of where the pointer normally behaves, etc. Clearly it means for you to point where *it* thinks the screen is, not where *you* think it is. The remote detects the screen by looking for two infra-red lamps in the sensor bar, not by looking for the screen itself.
* Check to make sure the above/below setting in the Wii Options menus for the location of the Sensor Bar are correct.
