I'm currently working out on the Gold's Gym Cardio Workout. I've had this game for a year now, but I'm taking some time off the well acclaimed EA Sports Active: More Workout to concentrate on this one.
Reason being, I'm also doing some home basic weight free weights (17KG York Cast Iron dumbbells from Tesco) and some guidance from Weight Training for Dummies, and that seems to go very well with Gold's Gym Cardio Workout and its punching theme.
I've been active on this for not too long, just the recent 2 weeks, but I'm fairly leaner now than when i first started.
Also, I've lost 10KG in the past 3 months, primarily due to a change in diet habits and better sleep. I manage to hit 24.9 BMI just last week and i hope to maintain, if not reduce it further.
Cardio Workout is fun! And with the constant move-about (the game encourage u to constantly move your feet while executing the said punches, and dodges, etc), its a great getaway from "reality". Its cartoonish nature also make the whole ordeal seems more like a game; a stark contrast to the serious note presented by EA Sports Active. Still, these 2 are some of my best WII Health title.
I'll like to hear it if there are others who are like me, and are still attempting to conquer this game as we speak.
I've had the game for quite awhile now and used it a lot. I bought the new EA Active 2.0 in November and have been working my way through it's 9 week challenge but intend to start back with the Cardio Boxing again soon. I remember when I first started it that I found muscles in my shoulder and back I didn't know I had!

That's fantastic stuff mokey41. Glad to know there are others out there like me who are enjoying the thrills of Wii.
Its good to know that u can follow the EA Sports Active 2 9 week regime. EA Sports Active: More Workout has 6 weeks, and so far, i never seem to be able to finish it up within the original duration set.. .;o(
Also, can't wait for EA to release the add-on peripherals for EA Sports Active 2 for 2 player mode.
