Good morning, I am a newbie here. and actually stumbled across the site in the early hours of this morning, whilst on a search to see if anyone knew where all those blue and white balls are in the cycling free course level.
Needless to say I was still reading forum responses when I should have been asleep, and couldn't wait to wake this morning, and try the tips I found

Yes, I did 3 half hour stints this morning. It's amazing what grim determination can make you achieve. I would love if they had a dusky or night time cycling session. But you know what? at least with this cycling, my mug of coffee never spills. Talking of which......
