It has also great benefits like washes away all the impurities which are the toxins inside your body.
Chinese people drink green tea as their substitute of water and that's why most of the people their live longer.

But many people said green tea drink many especially to those stomach is not a good person is not healthy, so many things have the nature of the two sides, we have to look at it right there

Well Green tea considered the best Tea in all types of tea because it is really helpful to maintain a good health as it saves us from different different diseases . Moreover , It helps to lose weight .

Green Tea is very effective and good for health and has some benefits
1. It enhances immune system
2. It is good for burn fats
3. It helps in lower cholesterol
4. It also fights against heart disease
5. Moreover it is helpful in reducing the risk of cancer like skin, lung, breast and many more.

That's interesting. Have you a reference for this? I do drink a cup of green tea daily, but if it helps that much, I will up the amount I drink.
