I love EA Sports Active. It's a really good and balanced workout. If you go into the Custom Workouts there are some good things to choose from too or you can create your own workouts of things you like to do. I try to get a workout in everyday so when I was doing the challenges I would choose a custom workout on my rest days for a change. The newer release of More Workouts from EA is great (I like it better than the original Personal Trainer) and there is supposed to be another new version coming out this fall.
As you feel your stamina increasing and the exercises start to get easier just bump your level up to medium then hard to maintain your weight loss.

Great News Moog I did finally get EA Sports Active and also enjoying it except for one little problem I'm having with it freezing when I do side lunges and I have to cancel the exercise to move forward.
Mokey I also just heard about the new release of EA Sports Active coming out this fall, I'll wait for Paul's review on that when it comes out, and anyone else's as well.
Active can be really fussy about how movements are done. I've had mine long enough now to work out most of the bugs. The nunchuk needs to be right in the middle of the front of your thigh. If it's off to the side it won't register the side movements properly. For side lunges it's looking for your right leg to be at a 45 deg angle when you go to the left and to be at a 90 deg angle (or close to it) when you go to the right. You have to really squat down in the lunges. It also senses the movement as you get to the position so sort of stomping your foot down sometimes wakes it up.
You can always watch the tutorial with each exercise if you aren't sure. The woman in the video's wears the leg strap right up at the top of her leg. I find if I center it on my thigh it works much better. The nunchuk placement has been a problem for a lot of people. One lady I talked to couldn't get it to work and then we found out she had it in the pouch upside down!
