HELP! Synchronising WiiFit problems.

Hi,

I have had a Wii and Wii-fit board for over a year now and no problems. We bought our nieces a new Wii and Wii Fit plus board for Christmas and we are having problems in synchronising the Wii fit plus board. Everytime we do it the other controllers are de synched and cannot resynch again without a system shutdown and resynch without the Wiifit plus board. Can't find any answers within the troubleshooting sections of the manuals. Has anyone else had this compatability issue?

Just to clarify, are you trying to synch two balance boards with one Wii, or is this on a different Wii?

This is a new balance board to a new Wii. And just the one board. Everytime the board is turned on it wipes the synchronisation for the other Wii-motes and I can't then resynchromise without performing a reboot of the Wii.

Possibly the board is defective. Did you try it with your board to see if it does the same thing? I'd say definitely a hardware problem with either the board or the console.
