I just bought Wii Fit plus yesterday, and I'm finding that i only do less than a minute on some of the workouts. Any help?
I'm not sure what you mean. Are you talking about the yoga and gym workouts? Which ones? Most of them last two minutes. Are you talking about some of the balance games? Some of them do last around a minute, but they are meant to do so.

I see it's been awhile since you posted this, so you've probably figured it out by now, but just in case, or to help other newbies....
Go into My Wii Fit Plus. From there, you can build up a routine of your own from the Yoga and Strength items. If you are doing an exercise for the first time, there will be a demo (you can stop the demo if you want) before you do it yourself. But if you have tried them all, it will run through the whole workout, one exercise at a time, with no need to press the "A" button between exercises.
There are also some combinations you can choose from, to work on Tummy or Arms and Back, or Relaxation or the like. You pick categories and whether to do one, two, or three exercises from each. Then it will run through whatever combination you picked. This one includes the games as well as Yoga and Strength.
Or, once you've left the locker room, if you click on the Balance Board character, it will make up a routine for you. This is a great way to get some variation, without having to choose every exercise every day. I run my own program for two or three days, then let BB pick for the next day, then go back to my own.
Hi guys... I find that the aerobics section is designed for losing weight without strain. It accurately tells you how much you lose after every exercise and every week. It gives tips on what you should do to lose extra weight. It's even fun for adults and kids. It has games to keep kids active and fit and kids would like the games. I absolutely recommend this game and I've had this game for a year and I still use it sometimes. Yes it does help you lose weight. You should keep on doing it and you will feel the difference very soon.
