I have read several comments in this forum that weight doesn't go down in a regular curve, either because of the board, or because weight does fluctuate through the day, and this is my experience also. Whilst it is the trend of the curve that matters, it can still be discouraging to see the weight shoot up from one day to the next.
Since upgrading to wii fit plus, I have kept the wii fit channel opened and weigh myself on it about once a week, which gives me a second, smoother graph as well as the one on wii fit plus, which I find much more encouraging...

I weigh in every morning at about the same time and I have no problems. If my weight does go up, it's because I ate too much the day before or, perhaps, it's because I didn't do enough exercise. By seeing the change right away, I can correct it quickly before it becomes a problem. If I only weighed myself once a week, it would make it harder for me to lose weight, as I might slip up and gain some without noticing it, then I would have to scramble to undo the damage.

I agree... I prbably didn't explain myself very well, I weigh in daily on the wee fit plus, and weekly on the wii fit channel. Simply because I find it gives me a bit of a boost to see what I have lost over the week...

I didn't know you could do it that way. I just change the resolution on the graphs section if I want to see what I have lost over a week, a fortnight, a month, etc.
