Hi all! I've just found this forum because I was aggravated with the island cycling and started googling. I've been working out on the WiiFit Plus since Christmas and have lost 10 pounds! I'm thrilled at the progress I've made. For the first time ever I'm actually running... maybe one of these days I'll go out in public and do it, but for now I'm good. My whole body feels different, and I just don't have enough good things to say about this program. Glad I found you all, I'm sure I'll be chiming in every now and then! ~Beth
Good on you, 10lb since xmas is fantastic work, you must feel great about it. Isn't it great that losing lbs can actually be fun at last What are your favourite activities? I'm a cycling freak, but also like Jogging, Segway, chicken flying, step and that rhythm marching game. Like you I'm brewing up to go out for a run in public, the only troulble is the weather here in Blighty is so horrible at the moment I might have to leave till spring (if we get one )

We have the same favorites! The Segway thing messes with my lower back, I think I'm leaning forward too much. I really love the running, though, it's the one thing I make sure to do every day.
When it's warm out, trust me, you'll be hitting the park everyday to run.
I HATED running before I got my Wiifit. When I got it in July, it built up my confidence to finally just go to the park and run, and I loved it. Hell right now I miss running at the park like CRAZY. >.<
And I was that fat girl that couldnt run a mile in under 20 minutes in gym class.
Wow that's really good work on your part! I started on December 16th, and so far to daqte I have lost 18lbs and I feel wonderful. If you keep it up you will keep losing more weight, and then you will feel even better.
