WOW cd1, 25 lbs. Great work. I am up 5 since November. Sometimes it feels like the only way I will lose pounds is to go shopping for games in England with Paul.

The only advantage to using the balance board for step aerobics is it counts your steps so you can stay in rythm but that's no big deal. I bought the risers for mine and use it for the step class only. It never works right on the other stuff. I sometimes add ankle and wrist weights if I'm feeling energetic.
I like your idea of a sock pouch. Good thinking! Sometimes with lunges I find the program gets ahead of me somehow and I tend to get ahead of it on jumps. Even after using it for almost a year now I'm still not tired of the program.

Thanks all.
Yes, I'm no homemaker so I came up with the simplest way I could think of to make a pocket. The sock works great. It is just a good thing I do not have to wear it out in public.

Mokey, you are right, I tried the leg strap today on bare skin and it held on fine. Cd1, congrats on a great accomplishment. This workout is GREAT, leaves me sweating and burning lots more calories than WiiFit plus. I look forward to getting new exercises. In Wii games I was lousy at tennis, but this morning in the workout I did fairly well.

It is fussy about where you position the nunchuk in the strap. It also matters how full your batteries are. Recharge regularly. Stick with it. It's worth it. I've lost 50 pounds doing EA Sports Active. It's much better than the Wii Fit or Wii Fit Plus.
