I recently hit a plateau for a little bit while in the 170s, but I got Wiifit Plus and got to add more to my workouts.

I'm down to 167 lbs. I do not remember the last time I was this light, I had to have been really young when.

Although I've been struggling with staying in the 160s, I'll bounce back up to 170 every now and then, and its discouraging, but then I remember that... I got through the 180s, and the 170s (170s I thought was never going to happen.) and that discouragement instantly goes away.

So yeah, in the past 100 days I've gone from 205 to 167. And today I ran a mile in 10 minutes. Yeah, that's not that great, but compared to me last year, where it would have taken 30 minutes, and I think it's pretty good.

That's brilliant, and a great attitude :)

I know exactly how you feel. I've been pretty flat recently at about 200 pounds and it's been frustrating, but I also know that I am currently lighter than I have been since I was about 17, and I recently bought some 34" jeans, something I haven't done in well over 10 year.

Like you, I've been a bit discouraged (especially with winter setting in), but I keep looking at my weight from the start (below) and it reminds me how far I've come since I started. It's a long haul, but we're getting there :)

Losing all this weight has done wonders for my self confidence as well, not so much because I feel physically better (which helps) but from the feeling of achievement. We've taken control of something and done something about it over the long term and kept at it. I think it's something that we should all be proud of.

It's all too easy to just concentrate on where you are now, and forget how far you've come and where you are going.

Keep it up :)
