For a great fitness exercise is important. There are lot of exercises but in my opinion running and walking both are best exercises for fitness and health. I also do these exercises and i suggest everyone to do these exercises. With the help of these a person can lose weight easily.
we all are know about exercise n how to useful exercise to daily i advise u walking n running is the best habit to lost your waight n you r always be a great looking guy/girl. so as soon as possible to start the exercise.
I personally think that cardio exercises are considered the best exercises not only for the fitness of body but also for memory improvement . What is your opinion ? .
