Hello, Wii Fizzles

I just bought a wii fit and I'm totally hooked. I actually bought this for my girlfriend but I'm joining with her.

I am a Cyclist and work out daily, so most of the exercises seems silly with the reputations/time they make you do. I wish it would just let me do more reputation without the first try to proove i'm special. But I will consider as I'm playing a video game for a next level.

I'm having a problem creating My Routine program. Is there a way to increase repuations and time on exercises? If someone can share the magic, I'd really appreciate it.

Sean

There isn't really a way, unfortunately. The only work around is to put the exercise two or more times in your program. It would be better if this wasn't the way it is, but...

What do you mean, by the way, by 'let me do more repititions without first trying to prove you're special'? I don't understand.

For an example, When you first do the pushup exercise, you can only do 6 reps, then you have to get a better score to be able to do 10 reps etc.. is there a cheat code where you can just unlock the game for more reps?

Ya.... are there any cheat codes or an updates through an internet on wii fit so all these are able?

My routine program is disapppointing, I don't understand why they didn't think about more reps capability, saving routines by date/part/etc. I'm disapppinted.

I don't know of any cheat codes or updates. But you might like to try the Push-up Challenge. There are no set reps. This is where the trainer challenges you to a 'how long can you keep going' competition. It's not perfect, because at the beginning, the trainer is the one who fails fairly quickly, but as you go on doing it, it becomes harder and harder.

Read more about it on the Wiki:

Wii Fit was never designed for the die hard workout enthusiast. It's made as something to get the couch potato moving or to keep kids active. It wasn't meant for someone who likes to do 100 pushups or can hold plank for 5 minutes. There's lots of killer workout games available that will be more challenging like EA Sports Active, Gold's Gym Cardio Boxing or My Shape.
