There is a metronome on line. Anyone have an idea about the ideal cadence to keep from getting the pedalling too fast warning?

I considered recording the tones on my cell phone, then playing back continuously while record chasing.

You can hear my step speed in both Didi Route demos. They should be just about right, especially the 15:20 demo.

Thanks for the reminder. I can record the sound for a sort of step to the beat pacer.

Been out of touch for a week. Must be getting spring fever, trying to keep the benefits of 80 days of workout and figure out a change of pace while keeping the momentum going.
