Hi there, some interesting tips on this forum, although it seems a little quiet currently. I started exercising with wii fit 2 month ago, quickly upgrading to wii fit plus. In that time, I have lost 6 kg, but more importantly, I feel much better, have more energy and feel more positive and confident. I think this is going to be a long term habit for me.[/collegehumor]
I am hoping it picks up as the weather gets colder . . . or it is possible that it has all been said (have you read all the tips? The Easter Eggs section kept me busy for a long time, and definitely made WiiFit Plus more interesting for me). I think we are all waiting for something new, although personally I want a new fitness game, not a Wii U - dont want to buy more hardware, I want more software.
If you have any specific questions, ask away, the seriously steady workout every day people seem to still be here.
I would not call myself an athlete by any means but I have been doing WiiFit and other games for over a year and have seen real results, and will continue to work out because I do not want to gain the weight back. I lost 10% of my body weight in six months and have kept it off and do not have to take medication for high blood pressure any more. Also enjoying muscles I have never had before and smaller clothing sizes. I have to get a new game every 3 months or so to motivate myself, but I do always come back to WiiFit Plus because of the weight tracking, the calorie tracking, the mix of exercises, the flexiblity of getting to set my own routine and length of exercise, and the fun.

Welcome to the forum!
Yes, definitely this forum is still used. It's just been a bit quiet lately, that's all.
Do you have any questions? Have you looked at the 'Hints and tips' area?
Congratulations, by the way, for losing 6 kg. That takes hard work and dedication. It's really great that you are going to make it a long-term habit.
