My Goals [ ] Spend at least 60 minutes on the Wii Fit per day [ ] Lose 10 lbs by August (174 lbs) [ ] Lose 20 lbs by September (164 lbs) [ ] Lose 30 lbs by October (154 lbs) [ ] Become an all around healthier person
Today's Information Today I spent a grand total of 1 hour 47 minutes on the Wii Fit, and did a mixture of mostly yoga and balance activities. I have a sheet printed off that basically lets me write down everything I've done on a given day, and how many calories I've burned. I've burned 287 calories today, but fell short of my "burn goal" of 455 calories. I think this has a lot to do with the fact that I didn't start working out until around 11:00pm, so I was a little tired.
Some additional information - I have my Wii Fit set to not switch dates until 3:00 am, so you'll probably see me putting my exercise times down as really late at night, but that's just how I am in the summer.
Overall, I am getting back in the swing of using the Wii Fit, and think that by posting to this feed daily, I'll be able to show more progress, because all of you can hold me accountable.
Thanks for reading! Make sure to check back for more posts!
If you really want to burn calories and get it done a lot quicker then investing in EA Sports Active or Gold's Gym Cardio Boxing would be well worth your money. Fit is fun and some exercise but it really doesn't burn a lot of calories and isn't much for toning. With one of those programs and a healthy diet you should be able to easily meet your goals without staying up late to try to hit your calorie burn.
