First of all, did you weigh yourself at the same time as you had the day before? If not, your weight can vary by up to 2lbs.

Did you weigh yourself after you had eaten? That, too, will add weight to the scales.

If you rule out the above two explanations, then you should do a calorie check on the foods you eat. Oats and Honey breakfast sounds a bit caloric. How thick are the slices of bread for your tuna sandwich? It's a good idea to do this even if the weight gain can be explained other ways. It may be that you are eating more calories than you think you are.

It may be that you are not exercising enough for your calorie intake. After checking the amount of calories in what you eat, you should complete the activity log in the Wii (under graphs, FitCash), to see how your other activities contribute to how many calories you have burnt.

Don't get discouraged, though. You will find the way to lose weight. It just takes a bit of time, that's all. Be patient and keep up the work. Let us know how you get on.

There are also other explainations. For example, water retention can add 2 pounds onto your weight, sometimes more for women. That balances out over time and you notice that your chart looks a bit zigzaggy, but still goes down.

Another explaination depends on how much excercise you do away from the wii fit as well as in it, as well as your body structure. If you've got a fair bit of fat and you're not doing much excersize away from the wii fit, this probably isn't it, but...if you do excersize elsewhere and you've not got much fat...muscle is heavier than fat. When your body converts your fat into muscles, then you put on more weight than before. This is why people like Brad Pitt are technically "obese" because their muscle is extra weight that basic charts (like what the wii fit uses) can't account for, so puts it down as fat. If you want a clear indication, you need a proper BMI test which will take into account your muscle weight and then you want another one a month or so later. But as I say, only if you think that's a possability.

Also, remember, don't weigh yourself everyday. The human body varies it's weight on a daily basis. This isn't to say you can't note your weight every day, but to not take every couple of pound fluctuation every day as a crisis. Your weight loss/gain will be reflected over weeks, not days.
