Last year I lost my job in the recession and as a consequence I had to stop going to my dance classes and move house. The change really impacted my fitness, obviously with no dance class I danced less and less and had to completely abandon salsa as I had no partner anymore. But the move was worse, I used to live in the centre of town and walked everywhere. I felt safe and would go for random walks at 3am when I couldn't sleep, but when I moved I had to move back to my home town where I was very afraid of the locals and refused to go outside anymore than I had to. As a result I put on so much weight!
My aim is to loose one more inch off of my waist and then maintain the balence. Of course, loosing more is always good, but one more inch would have me right back where I was before I stopped my regular work outs. I'm so happy! It's really improoved my confidence and I feel much happier, but...unlike before, my abs are actually getting harder, rather than just being slim.

I'm glad to hear how well WiiFit Plus is working out for you. If you can find it in the shops, have a look for Walk It Out (aka Step to the Beat). It's a great way of getting in more walking exercise. Merry Christmas!
