I have both of these. I think that I like 1 better than 2. Unfortunately I haven't used either in weeks. I also spend 4-5 days a week in the gym so I am neglecting some of my games

The first one is just like the your shape program, and the second one is horrible I think. It asks you to do stuff that I don't even think Gumby can do.

Yea I heard that 1 was like your shape basically. I haven't done 2 enough to remember what's in it. I should look at

I don't have 2, but at this point, MFC 1 is my favorite workout program. I'll be getting a step bench and stability ball to add even more variety, though I think this is one of the best programs for never getting exactly the same workout twice.

I do wish the Physical Challenge was an option, rather than showing up every fifth or sixth workout.

The first one was more like a aerobics instruction training video... more of a simulation rather than a game.

I believe the second one is also known as the Gold's Gym Cardio Workout. Now I do like that one. There's a third, and its called Gold's Gym Dance Workout. It's pretty intense though, but difficult as its more like there's a fair bit of leg hand coordination required.
