I'm making this more for myself then anything else! But maybe some people can chime in some tips if my weight doesn't start going down.
I've had the Wii Fit Plus for a short bit now, and it seems like my progress goes down in weight, and then back up again... Could be that I work off around 200 calories, and then have a 150 calorie candy bar.
I follow a vegan diet, so I would guess that most of my food is low in fat already, but I think it's because I eat when I'm bored so maybe I can stop doing that!!!
I'm really not sure why the Wii says I'm at risk of being overweight... I'm skinny but I'm just not fit. I dunno!!! Maybe it's something I'm not getting OH WELL! It's about being active!
AS OF NOW:
HEIGHT 5'8 WEIGHT 191 OVERWEIGHT
._. I don't get why! The scale we have upstairs, and the scales I use at other places are a LOT lower then this, and my doctor says I'm at a healty weight for my BMI class. Hmmmm.
Oh well. Either way, I will be tracking my progress in this thread.
Hi there, it might have something to do with the surface the balance board is on. If it is on soft carpet make sure you use the little carpet feet that came with the Balance board.

I agree with Paul, but I use mine on carpet (only roomy space) and my Wii Board is 10 pounds KINDER than my scale. I go up and down too, but then I do believe your weight does actually fluctuate 1-2 pounds per day. The time of day you weigh yourself may have something to do with it. You should try to weigh in at the same time every day even if you don't have time to work out then.
I thought the wii was pretty acurate with the weight, I weighed myself on the house scale and it was almost the same as my Wii board. It is kind of frustrating to go up and down, but I guess nothing is a miracle right? Good luck on your progress!
Mine is always about bang on with the regular scales. If you're on carpet make sure you put the carpet feet that came with it on. It will make a difference to your games as well as your weigh in. I'd recommend finding a piece of board to put under the fit board for carpet. There are sensors in the 4 corners of the sections and if your board is being supported unevenly on carpet it is going to through it off for weight but possibly for balance games as well.
They just push on. I find that mine sometimes wanted to fall off when I'd move it but they seemed to make a difference on carpet. I've since moved my operation to a wooden floor which is much easier.
My wii board is actually on hard concrete because my bedroom is one of the ones down in the basement. (We have a huge basement) But it is on a rug. But a very very thin rug. One that I personally wouldn't think would make a difference. But I will try it and see what happens...
SHORT UPDATE because I'm pressed for time.
Lost two pounds, then apparently gained it back again somehow in the next 2 hours? O.o Oh well. The exercise does me good and makes me feel really healthy after I am done.

Our weight will fluctuate during the day, mainly increase because of eating, imho.
