I set up a 20 minute "My Routine" that's a mix of yoga and strength training. I selected the male trainer and I do it almost every day. Today when I loaded it up, the female trainer came up and said something about she hoped I didn't mind her filling in today. What? My digital male trainer called in sick? LOL!
I've been focusing on the exercises that require balancing on one leg, as per my physical therapist's suggestion. Today I added two pound ankle weights to the whole routine, and I used two pound hand weights on the strength exercises. I"m going to feel that tomorrow! But I feel like I'm really making progress.

Our trainers must have swapped shifts - I had the male one fill in for mine one day about a week ago. Really odd.
I've also been using hand weights lately with the aerobics and free stepping - still kind of shaky on the yoga and strength exercises (as she reminds me daily) so I'm not quite ready to add them for those exercises yet!

My trainer (we really need to name those two.) is still telling me I'm shaky too, but I FEEL a little more stable so I decided to go ahead and step up the workout anyway. I doubt I'll ever be rock steady, so no point in waiting for that as long as I'm not falling over. I actually found some of the yoga poses a little easier with the ankle weights. Must lower my center of gravity!
