I only started this week, but have clocked up a fair bit of time as I'm still trying everything out.
I hope to do at least 30 - 40 minutes 4 or 5 times per week, the best time for me being 9.30'ish when I get home from taking the kids to school, and have no interruptions.
I think keeping a record the way it does with the 'fitcash' will motivate me. I hope seeing my BMI go in the right direction will motivate me too. It's early days of course but I hope I can keep going. I'll still be a while practising though, I realise now I'm not as co-ordinated or balanced as I assumed I was !

This is my second week, I must admit I was a bit annoyed at the way I was admonished for putting on a pound ! I also feel that if I really had put on substantial weight, through my own overeating or whatever, I'd be quite hurt by that, it wouldn't really inspire me ! anyway, I'm still in the 'ideal' BMI zone.
The only explanation for this was the fact that I did my Wii exercise a lot later in the day today. I had to give an explanation ! surely one of the options should be the fact that you are weighing in at a different time ! I've had loads of exercise at the weekend !
I've now started charting my step count for each day, I wear a pedometer. Busy week this week, so only did 20 mins today, will try to do 30 mins tomorrow. I'm getting better at a lot of the exercises, and my personal trainer seems to be nicer this week !
