Despite the currently planned walkthru, my old, usual routine is something along these lines:
MWF: Yoga, Island Run, Strength Training, Soccer Heading, Island Cycling, Segway Circuit, and a few Balane/TP Games T/TH: Yoga, Island Run, Aerobics, Soccer Heading, Island Cycling, Segway Circuit, and a few Balance/TP Games S/S: Yoga, Island Run, and whatever sounds fun
Saturday is usually a sure bet for Skateboarding and the Obstacle Course. Sunday is usually a sure bet for the Driving Range.
I have yet to get bored with this routine and I intermittently add different exercises/games here and there to keep things different.
