Hello! First, I'd like to say that I'm new.

I got Wii fit about 2 weeks ago. I've been trying to work out at least an hour every day, mainly in aerobics and my BMI has been going down! I've also noticed that my upper arms seem to be more muscular than usual! I've been trying to train to prove to myself that I can keep a commitment and that I can make something out of myself instead of being a fat manchild like Christian Weston Chandler.

I am currently 19, around 270 pounds at 5'11". I'm currently doing a test phase to see how much it takes to loose 10 pounds in 2 weeks. Usually, I have 2-4 chicken burgers from Dairy queen everyday, sometimes one or two pints of orange milk, sometimes raman noodles, and lately, I've been trying to eat bananas. I've been tempted to eat beef burgers, but I've had the surprising self-control to refrain.

My goal is to be attractive enough to attract a broad range of girls and to get used to hard work so I can stop being lazy and not helping out my grandparents (Who are very generous which makes me feel really guilty about not doing so) and perhaps the ability to find the mental strength needed to complete my adult high school (My orientation of which is tomorrow) and be able to keep up when I start going to college.

Since playing Wii fit, I've felt better not only physically, but mentally as well! I feel I'm getting closer to solving all the problems that plague my mind, as well as to achieve my ultimate goal of having a girlfriend.

Sounds like you have made a really good start, what is orange milk?? must be an American thing lol. The great thing about exercise is the increased levels of indorphins (might be bad spelling) the happy hormones we make when we sweat, so that can go a long way to making you feel mentally much better. Good luck with school and keep us all up dated

Whew! It's been about 3 weeks since I got Wii fit and I've lost 10 pounds! :D

For the past 4 days, I've been trying to do one hour of rythm boxing every day!

Life is also really starting to pick up for me! It's been really crappy these past two years, but now, I think I'm about to enter yet another golden age! Runescape is starting to revive, I'm losing weight, I'm actually going to school and staying committed to my work, I was able to do more of my english research paper! Hell, I might actually be able to move out of here earlier than I anticipated! :D

Also, as a science experiment, I've been collecting my sweat it a jar so I can evaporate it and see what's left behind. And man, I gotta say, when you leave it for a few days, it smells absolutely HORRIBLE!!!

Alternatively, do you think I could sell it on e-bay? If so, how much do you think I could get for it? :?:

LOL @ selling it on ebay.

Grats on the progress. Keep it up. Just have a look at the graph Paul posted in some of his posts. That should help keep you motivated.

Wow, 6 months and you've lost over 50 lb. Good job, you're going to find that girl somewhere soon :-)
