Hi everyone, I received my Wii Fit for Christmas and began the program January 3rd and lost 9 pounds. THEN...I went on a vacation March 12th, and had a difficult time getting restarted. After gaining 2 and a half pounds back!
So, as of today I weigh 118# and my goal is 106. I am 4' 11 and 3/4 inches tall. I am giving myself 2 months to lose the pounds.
I do 40 minutes of Wii, and do some Yoga, Strength training and aerobics and end with a 10 minute run. Although today, just starting back, I did the shorter island run.
I found the running really takes the weight off!

Hello! I really missed my Wii when I was vacationing in February and on a Mission Trip in April (though we did plenty of work there). I plan on taking it with me when we drive to the Cape for our summer holiday. I can't believe I'm addicted to exercise ----- neither can my husband who's favorite hobby is weight-lifting.
