I've been meaning to sign up on the forum for quite some time. What prompted me to finally do so you ask? Simple, my walkthru/playthroughs are finally able to be recorded with good quality
I have been a fan of the Wii Fit Series since I first (finally) got to play (remember how hard it was to score a balance board when the game first launched?). Anyway, Wii Fit kind of got retired when I pulled in Wii FIt Plus, a game which I play almost 30 minutes nightly since it came out...
I have really mastered most of the game, but it never gets old. Among my favorites are Soccer Heading, Basic Run, and Island Cycling.
I am finally starting a complete playthrough of the game, which I don't think has been done yet. By complete, I mean everything, lol.
In true old-guard WF fashion I will begin with Yoga. I was debating whether to do commentary or not, but the fact that most existing vids lack commentary, and that it allows me to easily offer tips/tricks and keep things exciting has kind of sparked me to go that direction. Which would you prefer?
Anyway, I hold several WFP records either as a stand-alone, or community tie. It is one of the elements that really keeps me going...the pursuit of besting my own personal best and then seeing how I stack up against everyone else.
I hope that I can be of service to some of you, and I am sure I will continue to learn more as well.
I will do my best to stay current here as well for everyone's enjoyment and/or amusement. It is mighty hot out, so I might get some more videos up tonight
I look forward to being a contributing member on the board!

I have wrapped up Strength Training in 11 installments...The Challenges are done, just need to be edited and posted (alternated Pushup and Jacknife, lol).
I am still wanting to 4 Star the Single Arm Stand (most difficult imo), might work on that...after the complete Playthrough.
I have the blog updated as well...I will add text to Parts 7-11 tonight:
I think I will go ahead and do Aerobics next...not sure, but I think that is what I'll tackle. The different run routes will make it pretty time consuming, I love the Basic Run though so it is all good

If you are following along, you know that I have already done some of the Aerobics, actually a lot of it. All I lack is the Basic Run Island Lap, 2 Player Run (never played), and of course the ultra time consuming 10, 20, and 30 minute versions of Free Run and Free Step. I hope to get a lot of it knocked out this weekend...I'll post up when complete.

Couple of big things on my list of personal progress...
Today is day 1,010 of Wii Fit/Wii Fit Plus
And that of course means that on Sunday, August 21st, 2011 I hit day 1,000 I wanted to post then, but didn't get time until now...pretty cool accomplishment imo!!

I'm still playing my regular Wii Fit, but I've also started EA Active's NFL Training Camp...I'm on Day 4 of the 60 Day Workout Program...The exercises are pretty fun and so far have averaged about 20-25 minutes. I really like the "Football Challenges." I liken them to an NFL Version of Training Plus.
I can record the exercises if anyone has an interest in checking them out. I think I will record each of the team workouts and challenges for sure.
I knocked Wii Fit Plus back to about 15-20 minutes instead of 30-40 to make time for it.
