Hey there! Just found this forum through Google. I was looking for a way to find all 20 beach balls in the Wii Fit Plus Island cycling. Still only 19 but learned that getting all 20 doesn't open a new level, so I'll find that 20th when I find it. I've been doing Wii Fit since Christmas 2008 but got the Fit Plus this past Christmas. I am on it so much more with this version. I cannot believe how much weight I've dropped and feeling so fantastic!

I've given up doing the body test because I get depressed when it continues to tell me I'm obese. So, I keep trekking along and can tell by the fit of my pants or shirts that I'm getting leaner. I've also noticed I'm eating much better because my body is craving healthier foods. Could live without ice cream now, whereas before it was a necessity in life. :D

I usually do an hour to an hour and a half per day between the island cycling and a few others that I use for my warm up. Has anyone connected their system to the Internet? I haven't done that yet as I'm not sure what the benefits and drawbacks are of doing that.

Well guess I better get exercising!

Hi Champster,

I've quit doing the body test too. It only depressed me, and I didn't feel it was adding anything to my workout.

I LOVE the island cycling. I'm on the Island View level right now. Trying to get all four stars before moving on. There are a lot of enthusists here. A number of them have a speed challenge going. Trying to cycle as far as possible in 30 minutes. There's a topic for that here somewhere. I'm not up to that level yet, but eventually....

Have Fun!

Thanks Pam! I decided to cycle around the island for the 30 minutes and see how far I could go. I stayed on the blacktop and was able to do 12.4 miles! Furthest I've gone yet! I'll have to look for that thread you were talking about. I did just learn about EA Sports....did not know it was out there. Have you used Wii Sports Resort? We have it but I haven't really used it. Is it comparable to the Wii Fit? Guess I should probably just try it out. Well time to shower and start prepping dinner so when the wife and kids come home they'll have something warm to eat. Tired of all this snow! I want spring!

Welcome Champster. Keep an eye on the stats page to post your scores in various games and join in the competition

Wii Sports Resort is more of a fun game than exercise though there are a few sports that make you move.

My girlfriend and I tried out a whole bunch of programs yesterday (and we're both sore today!). Wii Sports Resort was fun, but not a fitness program. EA Sports active looks like a very good exercise program, and I know a lot of people really like it, but I found it very boring. I couldn't see myself really doing it. For now, I'm trying a 4 week challenge with the Biggest Loser Wii game. I'm only a few days into it, but so far so good.
